 Surveyor Services
We offer a wide range of suryeyor services to homeowners and the construction industry.
- Certificates of Compliance: Certificates of compliance are required in relation to Building Regulations and Planning Permission.
- Defect Analysis: Is the process of of establishing the cause and remedy of particular defects within a dwelling. The analysis of defect may require monitoring for a period to establish there status. Typical defect can come in the form of damp penetration, building movement due to pyrite in defective materials, condensation issues, structural movement, materials drying out and poor workmanship.
- Claims Management: Is a service provided to manage an insurance claim between the insured and the insurer. This process can involves the provision of a Bill of Quantities, or costings of items in relation to loss and reinstatements costs.
- Project Management: Full supervision of a self build project can be provided, and could include the completion of the tender documents, supervision and co-ordination of contractors, certification for mortgage payments and Certificates of Compliance.
- Site Engineering: Site setting out and site levelling services are available.
- Snag Lists: Snagging is a process carried out on newly constructed properties, and is carried out as part of the legal requirements of the purchaser. This process will outline any defects and issues in relation to Compliance with Building Regulations, before the contracts are finalized.
- Building Surveys: (Structural Surveys) This is a comprehensive survey and reporting process, which addresses all accessible areas of the building. The report will outline the general condition of the building and details the major and minor defects. The report can also outline remedial action required in relation to defects.
